What is Reiki? 

It’s a beautiful holistic healing system, based on an ancient method and re-discovered, after many years of dedicated studying and searching, by Dr. Mikao Usui.   Reiki is not a religion – it’s a way of natural healing.  A complimentary therapy.
 
Reiki Master / TeacherReiki is a balancing – of mind, body and spirit.  For example, you will probably be aware that a physical problem/issue can often be caused, or made worse, by an emotional upset.  What we need to do is bring everything back into balance and alignment.  The Reiki practitioner acts as a channel for energy to flow through to wherever it’s needed.  It’s a gentle hands-on process. Being totally non-invasive, Reiki works through what is known as the “Chakra” system.  Each chakra is linked to a different physical, emotional and spiritual part of us.

As well as Reiki trainings and attunements, South West Reiki is now offering a series of Workshops in related subjects.
